How to Cope with the Holidays When You Are Grieving

Are you concerned about getting through the upcoming holiday season? Come to Victoria Hospice’s free workshop to learn tips to help you to develop practical strategies for dealing with grief during the holidays. Join a Victoria Hospice bereavement counsellor and volunteer to identify concerns, explore options and begin to plan how you will spend the holiday this year. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, discuss ideas and take away a free brochure titled “Grief: Special Days and Holidays”.
