This year marks the third year local artist Sharon Lam has donated a percentage of her sales in the month of November to Victoria Hospice.
She raised an incredible $2,000 for end of life care in November 2023, bringing her three-year total to more than $3,600!
Sharon’s fundraising efforts honour her mother, Margaret Ng, who worked at Hospice and spent the last six weeks of her life receiving care on our Inpatient Unit. You can learn more about Sharon and her mom’s hospice journey in Sharon’s Celebrate a Life story.
Sharon’s art showcases some very recognizable spots around Victoria including the Richmond Pavilion Building. If you missed her at the markets this year we have a box of cards at Victoria Hospice at the 4th floor Fund Development office where 50% of the sales will be donated to Victoria Hospice.
