Hike for Hospice sponsor Bayshore Home Health invites everyone to lace up those walking shoes May 1 to support compassionate end-of-life care, with a special challenge for businesses and agencies to get involved in Hike for Hospice.
“All it takes is one person in a company to take the lead in the workplace challenge,” says Kerry Bowman, Bayshore Home Health Manager of Recruitment and Retention.
Bayshore Home Health has been with Victoria Hike for Hospice Hospice from the start in 2012.
“Bayshore Home Health shares the values of Victoria Hospice in providing dignity in end-of-life care. We recognize that not everyone can afford private care, but everyone has the right to die with dignity and care,” says Area Director Stasia Hartley. “Whatever we can do to support this event is a wonderful way to support hospice and the people who need the service.”
