Development Officer, Legacy & Planned Giving
The Development Officer, Legacy & Planned Giving is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the planned giving program. An integral part of the development team, the Development Officer draws upon their high level of charitable gift planning expertise to motivate prospective donors and lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. They will manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, and the ongoing administration of estates.

Development Officer, Annual Giving
The Development Officer, Annual Giving takes the lead in developing and successfully executing strategies to support one time and recurring revenues from individual donors as well as granting partners. The Annual Giving Officer is a creative, detail-oriented, and savvy fundraising professional who has strong project management and communication skills and thrives on performance metrics. The Annual Giving Officer is also a producer of content who writes well in a variety of styles for a range of audiences, including donor appeals, grant applications, newsletter content and reports, and other documents for use with donors and potential donors to promote the annual giving fundraising goals of Victoria Hospice. Humans Resources Advisor
This new position is initially envisioned as a half time role, which provides expert advice, counsel and implementation on a full scope of recruitment and retention, onboarding/off boarding, performance management, job development and alignment, employee engagement, employee relations/issues management and HR policies. The Human Resource Advisor will manage the day-to-day HR tasks, working with leadership to help develop and implement human resource strategies to improve work, achieve goals and resolve issues.
