The World Soccer Academy’s annual Anneswer To Cancer Soccer Tournament brings friends, families, and soccer fans together to support Victoria Hospice. Now in its 11th year, the event has raised an amazing half a million dollars for compassionate end-of-life care!
The event features a 12-team round-robin soccer tournament and fun activities including juggling contests, bouncy castle, bubble soccer, a photo booth, and more!
The event kicks off at 11 am at Tyndall Turf soccer field with fun for the whole family and tournament registration starts at noon.
Participants are encouraged to raise funds by collecting pledges online or in their community prior to the event.
How to Participate:
There is no fee to play. Participants are encouraged to raise minimum pledges for their age group and every player receives an event t-shirt!
- U8-U10: minimum $25 in pledges
- U11-U13: minimum $50 in pledges
- U14-U16: minimum $50 in pledges
- U17-Adult: minimum $75 in pledges
- Two or more family members: minimum $100 in pledges per family
Organizers do their best to ensure a spot everyone to play, but space is limited due to the large amount of returning players/families.
