‘Grieving Through the Holidays’ Workshop
Wednesday, December 11 at 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Join us if you are bereaved following a death of someone important, and want to be supported in your grief through the holidays.
Are you wondering how to get through the holiday season after the loss of an important person in your life? Facilitated by a bereavement counsellor and bereavement volunteer, join us for this in person workshop to discuss grief, and learn tips to help you cope with and navigate grief during the holidays. Along with other people who are also grieving someone important in their life, you and other participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and learn about how to care for yourselves as you grieve through this holiday season. This is a one-time, interactive and educational workshop.
This is an in-person workshop offered at our Community Support Centre at 102-4450 Chatterton Way. Please do not attend if you have signs of illness/infection. We appreciate your attention to this matter. Please arrive on time.
Please note that when registering you are confirming your spot in a workshop with a limited number of spots available, so please do your best to only register if you feel you are able to come. Please Register on our Eventbrite page here.
