In a partnership between Victoria Hospice, Island Health, and the Sovereign Order of St. John, we have launched clinics at the Esquimalt Westshore Health Unit and Royal Jubilee Hospital for ambulatory patients who are living with a life limiting illness and have complex or difficult pain or symptoms, including psychosocial support needs.
