This workshop provide a supportive, creative way for people in bereavement to explore their experiences of grief through various art media.

Yoga for Grief is a 2-hour workshop facilitated by Victoria Hospice volunteer Colleen Tiltman, a certified yoga teacher, with the support of one of our bereavement counsellors.
