Researchers invite patient priorities for psilocybin-assisted therapy studies
A research coalition including Victoria Hospice, TheraPsil, other clinicians, and end-of-life specialists is interested in generating evidence that explores the use of psilocybin in the compassionate treatment of end-of-life emotional distress. In this PRE-research study, we want to ensure future research activities reflect patient priorities and interests.
Potential New Site for Victoria Hospice
The Greater Victoria School District has entered into an agreement to potentially sell 1.9 acres of land south of Lansdowne Middle School to the Victoria Hospice Society for $2.5 million. The triangular-shaped property is adjacent to the south campus of Lansdowne Middle School, formerly Richmond Elementary School.
