The Greater Victoria School District has entered into an agreement to potentially sell 1.9 acres of land south of Lansdowne Middle School to the Victoria Hospice Society for $2.5 million. The triangular-shaped property is adjacent to the south campus of Lansdowne Middle School, formerly Richmond Elementary School.

At the heart of many organizations is a Board of Directors dedicated to furthering its cause. The Victoria Hospice Society is proud to welcome four new members to its Board of Directors, helping us fulfill our goal of quality palliative and end-of-life care for all.

Each September, Victoria Hospice awards honorary life memberships to volunteers who have served with distinction and made significant contributions to our organization. We extend our sincere congratulations and gratitude to these exemplary Hospice volunteers: Sheridan Cooper, Maureen O’Neill, and Kimberly Smit.
